Prices
At IFT Denmark, we reserve the right for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.
Payment
IFT Denmark accepts payment with VISA and Mastercard. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
IFT Denmark.dk aims to ship orders received before 13.00 on the same day, orders thereafter will be sent the next working day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your goods are sent with DAO365, Post Nord or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.
Right of complaint
Complaint Food
If you have experienced errors or deficiencies in your delivery of food, contact our customer service immediately. In order for your complaint to be timely, complaints must be made no later than one week after receipt, in the case of perishable food.
Complaints do NOT apply to food
If you wish to advertise on something other than food, you must contact our customer service by writing to our e-mail address Info@iftdenmark.dk. When you shop at iftdenmar.dk, you of course have 24 months right of complaint, which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
However, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
Remember to always contact our customer service BEFORE you return the item.
When making a complaint, please state the order number and a detailed description of the problem.

The item must be sent in proper packaging and sent as a package. Remember to save the delivery receipt, unless you have been sent a return label by our customer service.
How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your shipping costs.
If the condition of the item or the item's packaging on receipt is not as desired, please contact us immediately, and without using the item, by filling in our contact form or calling our customer service by phone (top of the page).
Money back
When refunding the order amount, please expect up to 8-14 days from the day the item is in our hands until the amount is returned to your account.
Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Right of withdrawal when purchasing food
According to Danish consumer legislation, there is no right of withdrawal when buying food and other goods for the household's ongoing consumption.

Right of withdrawal when purchasing other than food (non-food)
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods that are NOT foodstuffs or goods for the household's current consumption. The right of withdrawal runs from the time you receive the item.
In order to cancel a purchase, the condition of the item must be so good that we will be able to sell the item again at the normal price. You have the right to inspect the item, just like in a physical store and subsequently return the item.
However, this means that the item must be returned in good condition and in the same quantity as when you received it. Since the original packaging in some cases constitutes a significant part of the product's value, this may mean that the product cannot be considered returned in the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. Therefore, always remember to save the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item. However, if you use the product, this will basically mean that the right of withdrawal disappears.
In the case of subsequent returns of goods, this must be done against prior agreement with customer service. If you wish to use your right of cancellation, you must pay for the return shipping yourself.
Return
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back.
We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date, where we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
Purchase of frozen and refrigerated goods
We do not send frozen and refrigerated goods. If you still choose to buy goods in these product categories, it is at your own risk. You must expect that the products will thaw during transport. However, it is only temporary until refrigerated transport is implemented (updated).

Personal data policy at IFT Denmark ApS
We only collect personal data in cases where this would be relevant for us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant for your activity at Int-ft.dk.
When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions.
We will only keep your personal data for as long as we are either under a legal obligation to do so, or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.
Information we collect
If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services. We can use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket while you use our webshop.
We can obtain information such as name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different from postal address), telephone number and payment details.

Treatment basis and purpose
We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your item or service.
Other recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
The database that contains all personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in a secure manner in which sensitive information such as code will be encrypted (256 encryption) before storage, and the original will be deleted.
We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
Your rights
As the registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure fulfillment of at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
